Offered Fátima Devotion offers personalized religious services performed at the Sanctuary of Fátima and the sale of religious items.
 

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have legal parental or guardian consent to use our website and services. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
 

4. Orders, Payments, and Pricing

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

• Prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable.

• Payments must be made through secure third-party payment processors.

• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to update prices at any time without prior notice.

• Personalized payment links in other currencies can be requested.
   

5. Delivery of Services and Goods

• Personalized services are performed at the Sanctuary of Fátima.

• Proof of service (photo or video) is sent via WhatsApp or email.

• Physical products are shipped to the provided shipping address.

• Delivery times are estimates and delays may occur due to external factors.
   

6. Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

• Services: Personalized services cannot be canceled or refunded once performed.

• Products: Non-damaged products can be returned within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Customized or personalized products are non-returnable.

• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective.
   

7. Right to Modify Services and Terms We may:

• Modify or discontinue any service or product without notice.

• Update these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting.
   

8. Intellectual Property
